Our staff get some great compliments and we would like to share these with you (only quoted when a customer says we can of course!).

As VTNZ has testing stations from Kaitaia to Invercargill, and our experts inspect over 1.5m vehicles every year, if we put all our customer comments here, you'd never be able to see the bottom of the page! So we've limited it to the latest 10 comments we've received...

You'll occasionally see some constructive feedback for the team too. We don't hide from this so ALL comments, if the customer has given us permission, are posted.

What did we do well? The check itself was done well and the guys were good to deal with. What could we have done better? Disappointed in having to wait 2.5 hours before they could start on my truck. No booking appointments allowed these days. My time and with the truck off the road for that amount of time is frustrating.

What did we do well? Everything, a fantastic receptionist as well as a very polite service man. We enjoyed our cup of tea in the pleasent surroundings. The toilets were lovely and clean.

What did we do well? The personal service by the young lady serving me as I applied for my driver's liscense renewal (80year old) was excellent. She was polite and very helpfull. She took all the stress that us oldies feel in situations like this away in the first few minutes. She is a credit to your business. Wish that I had noted her name. Thank you,Stuart.

What did we do well? Everything! I found the whole experience so easy. This was my first wof through VTNZ (usually go to garage). Was a short wait and my wiper blade was replaced on site and My wof and rego all done! Made it so simple! especially because I had my nearly 2 year old in tow with me! What could we have done better? To be honest...NOTHING! I will be using the VTNZ for every wof now as will my partner!

What did we do well? Really busy when I arrived but all staff were so pleasant to everyone - didn't get impatient. Was really impressed as I've not been there when so busy before. My warrant failed because of a screw in a tyre but I got it fixed and went back 10 mins before closing when they still had 2 cars to put through but still happily sorted my recheck.

What would you like to tell or ask us? Colleen deserves a big pay rise! Her customer service skills are a testament to your company. Not only was she courteous, friendly and very personable with every person she served while I was in the building she was also managing & assisting a large number of staff at the same time.
She is the HUB of this branch.
