In addition to the Southern Cross Medical Scheme, VTNZ offers its team members four free WoFs per year along with a variety of discounts from suppliers which currently include Resene, Carters and National Bank to name a few. VTNZ is also committed to sharing the company’s success. Everyone is included in an Incentive Scheme. Payments are based on each team's performance against specified targets.

VTNZ is the market leader for Vehicle Inspections. Having over 80 stations across the country allows us to provide a wide variety of services.

VTNZ has an award winning Training and Development team waiting to help you become the best in your field. From technical to leadership we have your training needs covered! Our dedicated Training Centre is where we train our Vehicle Inspectors.

We frequently have team members moving within the company into new roles. Through our performance planning process, we are able to help you develop within your role and also help you set goals.

VTNZ provides all full time and part time team members who work over 20 hours per week with a free medical scheme with Southern Cross. When a team member first starts with VTNZ they also get the option to include immediate family members at a reduced rate and also to have pre-existing conditions covered.

With testing stations from Kaitaia to Invercargill, as well as a large number of satellite "offsites", opportunities frequently arise within VTNZ that allow team members to transfer to other locations.
