Handy Tips
- Keep your car up to Warrant of Fitness standard at all times, not just because of the hefty fine if you don’t.
Think about it - if your brake lights aren’t working, you could easily get rear-ended by an unsuspecting driver behind you. Indicators are equally important. Even if you don’t use the rear seats in your car very often, check the belts are still ok BEFORE your friend needs a ride home one night. Your safety is very important to us.
- Always get your Warrant of Fitness from a VTNZ vehicle testing station.
At VTNZ, we use state-of-the-art testing equipment. Our roller brake machines test each wheel individually so if you want confidence that your brakes are top notch, go to your nearest VTNZ station for your WOF test.
